RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the Disability Advisory Committee (DAC) receive and file the report regarding the Achievable Foundation’s programs and services.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
Culver City staff have scheduled this report to the Disability Advisory Committee as an informational item as part of its goals within the DAC’s scheduled activities plan. A slide show providing an overview of the programs and services offered by the Achievable Foundation is provided as Attachment 1. The report was prepared by Achievable Foundation’s Chief Medical Officer Michelle Catanzarite.
