RECOMMEDATION
Staff recommends the Planning Commission appoint Members to the Board of Zoning Adjustment Community Development Block Grant Advisory Committee.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
Planning Commission Bylaws establish the first regular meeting after July 1, to select the Commission Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson, and make committee appointments. At the July 14, 2021 regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting, the Chair and Vice-Chair were selected; however, the committee appointments were continued for future consideration when all commission members could be present.
The list of officers and committees are listed below. Attachment No. 1 lists current Planning Commission officers and committees, basic committee meeting information, and the past year’s appointees. Attachment No. 2 provides a brief description of each committee.
