RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the City Council (1)authorize the City to enter into an agreement with the Metropolitan Water District and the West Basin Municipal Water District for City's participation in Metropolitan Water District's Stormwater for Direct Use Pilot Program, including the receipt of funds in the amount of $500,000 for the construction, monitoring, and reporting for the Culver Boulevard Stormwater Treatment and Filtration Project; and, (2) approve a budget amendment in the amount of $ 500,000 to increase revenue funds available and increase expenditure funds available for participation in this program (Four-fifths vote requirement).
