RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the City Council 1) approve a change order in the amount of $390,000 to the contract with Pacific Hydrotech Corp 's Construction Contract for the Construction of Bankfield Sewage Pump Station Project PZ-874; and 2) approve a change order in the amount of $105,000 to the professional services contract with NV5 for construction management and inspection services; 3) approve a change order in the amount of $25,000 to the professional services contract with PRP Engineering, Inc. for Office Engineering Construction Support Services and 4) approve a related budget amendment (requires four-fifths vote).
