RECOMMENDATION
That the Planning Commission adopt Resolution No. 2025-P008 (Attachment 1) to:
1. Approve a California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15168(c) Clearance Checklist that determined Project-specific potential environmental impacts are within the scope of potential environmental impacts analyzed in the certified Programmatic Environmental Impact Report for the Culver City General Plan 2045 and Zoning Code Update, and that thus determined no further environmental analysis is required, and determine the Project is exempt from CEQA as an infill housing development project pursuant ...
