BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION

 

Public Works Mobility and Traffic Engineering Staff will provide an update for discussion regarding progress on the Fox Hills Neighborhood Traffic Management Plan (NTMP) and Bikeways Project, which will feature Class II and Class IV bike lanes on multiple area streets, enhancements to signage and pavement markings, and implementation of traffic calming devices, including speed humps, bulb outs, and traffic circles.

 

Committee may also consider providing input to staff regarding prioritizing other protected bike lane projects.

 

FISCAL IMPACT

 

Fox Hills Project design is funded and underway but construction is not currently funded.
