RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Equity and Human Relations Advisory Committee (EHRAC): 1) discuss the proposed presentation from member London McBride about a "Revised Curriculum of Training Police Officer Cadets" at the June 27, 2023 special meeting; and 2) consider approval, determine next steps, and provide direction to staff as deemed appropriate.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
At the April 25, 2023, regular meeting, the Committee achieved consensus to agendize this item for discussion. At the May 23, 2023, special meeting, the Committee will discuss the proposed presentation and consider approval of the presentation for the June 27, 2023 special meeting or future scheduled EHRAC meeting.
