RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Planning Commission conduct a tour of The Culver Studios Innovation Plan development.
BACKGROUND / DISCUSSION
Current Planning Division staff will accompany the members of Planning Commission to the Culver Studios site.
The meeting will begin outside at the Dale Jones City Hall Courtyard at 9770 Culver Boulevard, Culver City, CA 90232, at 9 AM, on Wednesday, May 10, 2023. At approximately 9:15am, we will walk towards Gate 1 of the Culver Studios where we will meet representatives of Hackman Capital, the owners of the Culver Studios. The site can be accessed through this security gate. All attendees must bring their driver’s license for identification. The Planning Commission Tour itinerary is subject to change depending on the number of attendees.

The tour will not impact the Planning and Development Department staffing or budgetary resources.
