RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the City Council approve related mid-year budget amendments for Cultural Affairs from Fund 413 (requires a four-fifths vote).
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
The March 13, 2023 City Council agenda included an item pertaining to mid-year budget amendments (A-2). The Council passed a motion approving all but one of the amendments as included in Attachment No. 2 to the staff report. The recommended one-time amendments for Cultural Affairs from Fund 413 were inadvertently omitted from the attachment and are therefore being brought forward separately for Council approval.
FISCAL ANALYSIS
All proposed mid-year amendments from Fund 413, totaling $216,000, are provided in detail in the attached report. There is sufficient funding of an estimated $1.98 million in the Arts Fund reserve to cover these requests. No General Fund monies will be used.
