BACKGROUND/DESCRIPTION
Representatives from the organization Ballona Creek Renaissance will present for discussion a presentation regarding the expansion of current Plastic Carryout Bag Regulations to include the prohibition of single-use bags not pre-empted by California Public Resources Code, Division 30, Part 3, Chapter 5.3, Article 5.
