RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Equity & Human Relations Advisory Committee (EHRAC): 1) consider
the creation of a Public Events Ad Hoc Subcommittee to plan for public events in fiscal year 23-23; 2) if desired, appoint members thereto; and 3) provide direction to staff as deemed appropriate.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
During the October 25, 2022 Regular Meeting, the committee achieved consensus to agendize the discussion of creating a Public Events Ad Hoc Subcommittee to plan public events for fiscal year 2023-2024 and to provide an estimated budget for said events.
