RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the dissolution of the Council Correspondence Ad Hoc Subcommittee be acknowledged on record.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
At the June 2022 meeting of the FAC, the Committee expressed a desire to further discuss the formation of an ad hoc subcommittee with the purpose of creating a communication to the City Council reaffirming the role of the FAC.
At the September 2022 meeting of the FAC, the Committee voted to form an ad hoc subcommittee with the purpose of creating a communication to the City Council reaffirming the role of the FAC.
On October 20, 2022, the Committee’s letter was submitted to the City Council, fulfilling the purpose of the Committee.
