RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Disabilities Awareness Committee (DAC) take any or all of the following actions, if desired: (1) approve recommendations, if any, from the members of the Ad Hoc Subcommittees; (2) form new and/or dissolve existing Ad Hoc Subcommittee(s); and, (3) appoint two Commissioners to the newly-formed Ad Hoc Subcommittee(s).
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
Staff has prepared this report as a standing Agenda Item to give the Disabilities Advisory Committee Members an opportunity to hear and approve recommendations from the members of their Ad Hoc Subcommittees. The current list of DAC Ad Hoc Subcommittees, their members, and the description of their respective topic areas, is provided as an Attachment.
