RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Finance Advisory Committee (FAC) (1) review the correspondence drafted by the ad hoc subcommittee to be submitted to Council, (2) edit if necessary, and (3) approve the final version of the letter to be submitted to City Council.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
At the June 2022 meeting of the FAC, the Committee expressed a desire to further discuss the formation of an ad hoc subcommittee with the purpose of creating a communication to the City Council reaffirming the role of the FAC.
At the September 2022 meeting of the FAC, the Committee voted to form an ad hoc subcommittee with the purpose of creating a communication to the City Council reaffirming the role of the FAC.
