RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Parks, Recreation and Community Services (PRCS) Commission receive and file the PRCS Commission Fiscal Year 2022/2023 Meeting Calendar and the Upcoming Agenda Items List , with adjustments, if any.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
Staff has prepared this report as a standing Agenda Item to give the PRCS Commission Members an opportunity to review the Fiscal Year 2022/2023 Meeting Calendar and the Upcoming Agenda Items List, which are both provided in Attachment 1. Any adjustments to the Meeting Calendar and/or the Upcoming Agenda Items List may be agreed upon by consensus of the Commission. Once consensus has been reached, a motion may be made to receive and file the report.
