RECOMMENDATION

 

Staff recommends the consideration of a Conditional Use Permit, Administrative Use Permit, and Zoning Code Map Amendment to allow three additional vehicle repair bays at an existing remote customer auto repair facility at 11039 Washington Boulevard be continued to the regular Planning Commission meeting of May 11, 2022 to comply with newspaper publication requirements.
