COMMENDATION
Michelle Ford was appointed to the Civil Service Commission (Commission) by the City Council on March 7, 2018. After serving a partial appointment she was reappointed to a second term on July 1, 2019.
During her tenure, Ms. Ford proved to be an insightful and valuable member of the Commission. She served as Chair of the Commission where she demonstrated to be a consistent, fair and patient leader, as her time as Chair was solely held during remote meetings.
Ms. Ford’s commitment, dedication and thoughtful insight provided to the community is appreciated by City Council, members of the Civil Service Commission and staff.
The Commission will be presenting Ms. Ford with a commemorative plaque in appreciation for her service to the City of Culver City.
