BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION

 

Staff will provide an update on operations and monitoring of the Slow Streets Program currently established in three city areas. This program was initiated during the pandemic in response to community requests to encourage active transportation while practicing social distancing.

 

Staff will also present information on future permanent improvement plans for the subject areas.

 

Staff is seeking the Subcommittee’s direction with regards to the continuation of the Program, duration of such continuation, and any desired changes.
