RECOMMENDATION
That the Equity & Human Relations Advisory Committee (EHRAC) receive the presentation on four characteristic spectrums of human beings by EHRAC Member Michelle Dennis; (2) discuss and share comments on the presentation; and (3) provide direction to staff if deemed appropriate.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
At the March 23, 2021 meeting, the EHRAC members agreed to agendize a presentation by Committee Member Michelle Dennis regarding transgender topics. Ms. Dennis will be before the EHRAC at the April 27, 2021 meeting to give a presentation on the four characteristic spectrums of human beings: (1) physiology, (2) sexual orientation; (3) gender identity; and (4) gender expression.
