RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Equity & Human Relations Advisory Committee (EHRAC) receive the report from Public Events Ad Hoc Subcommittee on implementation of work plan tasks; (2) discuss the report’s recommendations and determine next steps on implementing work plan; and (3) provide direction to staff if deemed appropriate.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
At the February 23, 2021 meeting, the EHRAC members created and appointed the following members to the Public Events Ad Hoc Subcommittee: Members McBride, Moammar, Morgan and Di Vincente.
This ad hoc subcommittee was to report back at the March 23, 2021 meeting.
Attached is the Public Events Ad Hoc Subcommittee’s report.
