RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends the City Council continue to April 12, 2021 the public hearing regarding the following matter: Adoption of a Resolution Approving an Exception to the City’s Subdivision Design Standard to Allow the Development of Three Detached Townhome Style Residential Units Located at 4044 Madison Avenue.
PROCEDURE:
1. Mayor seeks a motion to receive and file the affidavits of publication and posting of notices and correspondence received in response to the public hearing notices; and,
2. (Optional) If members of the public are present to speak, the Mayor may seek a motion to open the public hearing and receive public comment; and,
3. Mayor seeks a motion to continue the public hearing to April 12, 2020.
DISCUSSION:
In response to an impacted City Council Agenda on the night of March 22, 2021, staff is requesting the City Council continue the public hearing until April 12, 2021.
