RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the Planning Commission receive and file a summary of lookback conditions.
DISCUSSION
Since 2012, the Planning Commission has established a total of 54 look back conditions associated with 16 different projects. The attached exhibits summarize the projects and their associated lookback conditions.
Eleven projects are currently in the permitting phase or under construction and the lookback conditions have not been triggered yet by project completion or occupancy rates. Six projects have been completed and have ongoing follow up on lookback conditions. One project has been completed and the applicant/developer has completed and satisfied all lookback conditions.
The Current Planning Division is continuing to develop a tracking method of lookback conditions and will provide annual updates to the Planning Commission regarding the status and outcomes of conditions.
