RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the Finance Advisory Committee approve the regular meeting schedule of the Finance Advisory Committee for the Calendar Year 2021.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
The Culver City Finance Advisory Committee (FAC) Bylaws state that “The Committee shall meet on a monthly basis. The Committee shall meet on the second Wednesday of each month at 7:00 pm, or at another time and place agreed upon by the Committee, which will facilitate the attendance and input of the public.”
The Proposed Meeting Schedule outlines the dates for Finance Advisory Committee to consider as the Regular Committee meeting dates for 2021. These dates are presented to FAC for approval and, as discussed, may be amended upon majority consensus of the FAC. Once the meeting dates are established by formal approval, they may only be changed by subsequent action at a regular meeting of the FAC or cancelled due to lack of sufficient agenda items or quorum.
