BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION

The Westside Cities Council of Governments (WSCCOG) has developed a list of projects and a 5-Year Plan for its Multi-Year Subregional Program (MSP) under Measure M.  WSCCOG has approximately $27 million to program in this first 5-year expenditure plan.  The WSCCOG MSP Task Force, consisting of transportation staff from each of the WSCCOG member jurisdictions, developed a project list for the first 5-year MSP expenditure plan based on project readiness and transportation priorities identified in the WSCCOG Mobility Study (adopted in 2020) and the Westside Cities Mobility Matrix (adopted in 2015).

Staff will provide a presentation on the WSCCOG MSP and Culver City’s projects on WSCCOG’s 5-year MSP expenditure plan.
