RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Parks, Recreation and Community Services (PRCS) Commission receive and file updates from the members of the Ad Hoc Subcommittees and representative appointees to outside associations and City Committees.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
Staff has prepared this report as a standing Agenda Item to give the Commissioners an opportunity hear updates from their colleagues. The current list of Commission appointments, including meeting and contact information, is provided as Attachment 1 of the Agenda Item which gives Commissioners the option to make new appointments and/or reappointments to these bodies. This option is provided to the Commission during the early months of each fiscal year.
FISCAL IMPACT - There is no fiscal impact associated with the discussion of this Agenda Item.
