RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the City Council (1) consider a request from the County of Los Angeles and the Blair Hills Neighborhood Association to amend the existing Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") between the City of Culver City and the County of Los Angeles Department of Parks and Recreation ("County") for the Stoneview Nature Center Operation to expand the hours of operation; and (2) if desired, approval of an MOU Amendment.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
The County is the owner of the five-acre property located on 5950 Stoneview Drive in Culver City, adjacent to the Kenneth Hahn State Recreation Area, which is a recreational resource open to residents of Los Angeles County (the "Nature Center").
