RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the City Council (1) approve an agreement with ConvergeOne (Eagan, MN) in an amount not-to-exceed $48,400 for the purchase of Cisco networking infrastructure components and Cisco SmartNet maintenance services; and (2) authorize the Chief Information Officer to approve amendment(s) to the agreement in an additional amount not-to-exceed $4,840 (10% of base contract for unexpected costs). These items will replace end of life units and provide maintenance support for hardware equipment located at City Hall and other City facilities.
