RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Parks, Recreation and Community Services (PRCS) Commission receive and file the report regarding the PRCS Department Fiscal Year 2019/2020 Proposed Budget Presentation.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
The PRCS Director has scheduled this report as an informational item to give the Commission an opportunity to review and comment on the proposed budget that was presented to the City Council on Monday, May 20, 2019. The report will be presented as a slide show (Attachment 1) followed by a question-and-answer period.
FISCAL ANALYSIS - There is no fiscal impact associated with the discussion of this Agenda Item.
