RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the City Council (1) receive and file Culver City's Boulevard Music 2018 Summer Festival Financials; (2) approve a budget amendment appropriating $43,167 from the General Fund (requires a four-fifths vote); (3) designate Culver City's Boulevard Music 2019 Summer Festival a City-sponsored event; (4) approve a Memorandum of Understanding and License Agreement with Boulevard Music in an amount not-to-exceed $43,167 for Culver City's Boulevard Music 2019 Summer Festival; and (5) approve a fee waiver for the $119 City Banner Permit Application fee.
