RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the City Council adopt a resolution approving the Final Map for Tract Number 65473 consisting of a subdivision creating one parcel for condominium purposes for commercial/retail and residential use, at 12803 Washington Boulevard.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
On July 27, 2016, the Planning Commission approved Tentative Tract Map, P-2015-0127-TTM, as set forth in Site Plan Review P2015-0127-SPR, Administrative Use Permit P2015-0127-AUP, for the construction on a 24,022 square foot lot consisting of a 5-story mixed use development with 37 multi-family residential dwelling units, including three very low income dwelling units and 7,206 square feet of ground floor retail/commercial space and subterranean parking at 12803 Washington Boulevard.
Final Tract Map No. 65473 has been reviewed by Los Angeles County and was found to comply with all provisions of state law applicable at the time of approval of the tentative map and the County has indicated the map is technically correct.
