RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Parks, Recreation and Community Services (PRCS) Commission (1) review the Fiscal Year 2018/2019 Meeting Calendar, and make adjustments, if necessary; and, (2) [if desired] schedule a second PRCS Commission Tour of Culver City Parks and Facilities.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
Review of the Fiscal Year 2018/2019 Meeting Calendar
PRCS Commission meetings are regularly scheduled on the first Tuesday of the month, at 7:00 p.m. in the Mike Balkman Council Chambers at City Hall. The meeting calendar for the remainder of Fiscal Year 2018/2019 is as follows:
* September 4, 2018
* October 2, 2018
* November 6, 2018 (Election Day)
* December 4, 2018
* January 1, 2019
* February 5, 2019
* March 5, 2019
* April 2, 2019
* May 7, 2019
* June 4, 2019
If any member of the Commission recognizes that they may have a scheduling conflict on one or more of the above dates, the meeting schedule may be adjusted at this time or at some point in the future. Current indications are that the Council Chambers will be available for a Commission meeting on Election Day, November 6, 2018, so no adjustments to the arrang...
