On May 29, 2018, City Council agreed to agendize a discussion of whether to provide the opportunity for each of the two new Council Members to appoint three members to the GPAC.

On June 4, 2018, City Council voted to provide new Council Members the opportunity to make three appointments each to the GPAC.
