RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the City Council (1) consider a recommendation from the Parks, Recreation and Community Services (PRCS) Commission to extend the existing Culver City Park Designated Dog Path to connect the Lower Field parking lot to the Baldwin Hills Scenic Overlook Western Gateway; and, (2) [if desired] adopt a Resolution (Attachment 1) designating such Dog Path and rescinding Resolution No. 2014-R064.
