RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the Planning Commission 1) Adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program based on the Initial Study finding that the Project, with mitigation measures incorporated, will not have a significant adverse impact on the environment (Attachment No. 4); 2) Approve an Administrative Modification, Administrative Use Permit, and Site Plan Review, Case No. P2017-0021, subject to the Conditions of Approval as stated in Resolution No. 2017-P015 (Attachment No. 1); and 3) Recommend to the City Council approval of General Plan Map Amendment and Zoning Code Map Amendment (Attachment No. 5).
