RECOMMENDATION
The City Council Oil Drilling Subcommittee, consisting of Council Members Jim Clarke and Meghan Sahli-Wells (the "Subcommittee"), and City staff recommend the City Council:
1. Receive a report from the Subcommittee regarding recent discussions (as directed by Council on April 17, 2017) between the Subcommittee and the Inglewood Oil Field operator, Sentinel Peak Resources ("SPR"), concerning the Inglewood Oil Field ("IOF") Specific Plan Project (the "Project") and SPR's request to participate as a Project applicant.
