RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt a resolution approving the final map for Tract Number 74081 consisting of a one lot subdivision creating 5 residential and one commercial air space units at 12712 - 12718 Washington Boulevard.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
On September 12, 2016, the City Council approved Tentative Tract Map Number 74081 (TTM No. 74081) with an expiration date of September 12, 2019.
The City's Public Works Director has reviewed the Final Map for Tract Number 74081 and approved the map for mathematical accuracy, survey analysis, title information, and for compliance with the Subdivision Map Act. The City's Public Works Director/City Engineer and Planning Manager have certified that this map conforms substantially to the approved tentative map and is in compliance to all the provisions of the City's Subdivision Ordinance applicable at the time of approval of the tentative map.
FISCAL ANALYSIS
There is no fiscal impact to the approval of the Final Map for Tract No. 74081.
