RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Cultural Affairs Foundation Board ("CAF Board") receive reports from the Board's ad hoc subcommittees and (if desired) discuss the reports, approve the recommendations, and/or provide direction.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
There are currently three (3) CAF Board ad hoc subcommittees as listed below:
* 2016-2017 Fundraising Subcommittee - (Anlauf / Cherry / Cicchini)
* 2016-2017 Public Relations Subcommittee - (Rodgers / Stennis / Williams)
* Subcommittee Focusing on Revising the Structure of the Culver City Cultural Affairs Foundation - (Anlauf / Rodgers / Williams)
Staff has not received any written subcommittee reports since the last CAF Board meeting, however, subcommittees may provide an oral report.
