RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Parks, Recreation and Community Services (PRCS) Commission hear updates from their Ad Hoc Subcommittee members and representative appointees to outside associations and City Committees, make comments, if any, and receive and file the report(s).
BACKGROUND / DISCUSSION
Staff has prepared this report as a standing Agenda Item to give the Commissioners an opportunity to hear updates from their colleagues. The list of Commission appointments, including meeting and contact information, is attached.

MOTION
That the Parks, Recreation and Community Services Commission:
1. Hear updates from the members of the PRCS Commission Ad Hoc Subcommittees and representative appointees to various outside associations and City Committees; and,
2. Make comments and/or take actions, if any, and receive and file the report(s).
