RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the FAC observe the administration of the oath of office to reappointed/appointed committee members.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
At the June 13, 2016 City Council meeting, the City Council made the following appointments to the Finance Advisory Committee:
? The City Council reappointed Crystal Alexander as Resident Member to Seat No. 1 of the Finance Advisory Committee for a term ending June 30, 2020.
? The City Council reappointed Alejandro Lara as Resident Member to Seat No. 2 of the Finance Advisory Committee for a term ending June 30, 2020.
? The City Council appointed Jose Casarez as Business Community Member to Seat No. 4 of the Finance Advisory Committee for a term ending June 30, 2020.
? The City Council appointed Gustavo Rendon as Business Community Member to Seat No. 5 of the Finance Advisory Committee for a term ending June 30, 2020.
? The City Council approved the recommendation of the FAC to extend the appointment of CCFFA member Bryan Sua to serve a second year as Staff Level Bargaining Group Appointee to Seat No. 7 through June 30, 2017.
? The City Council approved the recommendation of the FAC to extend the appointment of CCMG member Jane Leonard to serve a second year as Management Level Bargaining Group Appointee to Seat No. 8 through June 30, 2017.
