RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Cultural Affairs Foundation Board (Board) (1) receive and file the financial information presented; and, (2) approve the schedule of disbursements for Fiscal Year 2014/2015 to June 30, 2015.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
Staff presents financial statements for review and approval by the Board at each of the Regular meetings of the Board. The quarterly financial statements for the fourth quarter (April - June 2015), including a schedule of disbursements, will be presented at the meeting. A year-end financial statement has been completed and will be presented for review at the Board meeting on September 16, 2015.

None - Staff will make a presentation and distribute the quarterly financial statements, year-end statement, and the schedule of disbursements during the meeting.
MOTION
That the Cultural Affairs Foundation Board:
1. Review and approve the financial information to June 30, 2015; and,
2. Approve the Schedule of Disbursements for the period up to June 30, 2015.
