Nachbar (10/05/11) RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the City Council/Redevelopment Agency Board (Agency Board) make appointments to the Disability Advisory Committee Advisory Committee on Redevelopment and the Landlord Tenant Mediation Board. BACKGROUND: In order to fill vacancies on the committees and board staff has taken the following steps to provide public notice: Advertisements ran in the Culver City News on August 25 September 1 September 8 and September 15 2011. Advertisements ran in the Culver City Observer on August 25 September 1 September 8 and September 15 2011. Notice was posted on the City s web site starting on September 1 2011. Notice was sent via GovDelivery on September 2 2011. DISCUSSION: Consideration of Appointments: Disability Advisory Committee Two seats are available for appointment.
