RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration and Juneteenth Celebration Advisory Committee (Advisory Committee) receive and file the Advisory Committee 2024/2025 Meeting Calendar and the Upcoming Agenda Items List, with adjustments, if any.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
Staff has prepared this report to give the Advisory Committee an opportunity to review the 2024/2025 Meeting Calendar and the Upcoming Agenda Items List, which are both provided as Attachment 1.
Any adjustments to the Meeting Calendar and/or the Upcoming Agenda Items List may be agreed upon by consensus of the committee members. Once consensus has been reached, a motion may be made to receive and file the report.
