RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends the City Council adopt the Ordinance adding Section 1.02.006 to
the Culver City Municipal Code, restricting the use of the City Seal to official City
business unless otherwise approved by City Council, and waive further reading.
BACKGROUND:
At the October 22, 2007 meeting, the City Council unanimously introduced the
Ordinance. The Ordinance is brought back tonight for adoption.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no additional cost associated with this item.
