Adopt a Finding that the Ordinance adopting new Park Land In-Lieu and Park Land Impact fees by amending Culver City Municipal Code (CCMC) Sections 15.06.300 - 15.06.330 and 15.10.750 - 15.10.790 ("Proposed Ordinance") is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to California Code of Regulations, Title 14, Division 6, Chapter 3, Sections 15060(c)(3), 15061(b)(3), and 15378(b)(4);
