RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Civil Service Commission (Commission) discuss and determine the process to review the administrative record in connection with the Remand from the Los Angeles County Superior Court regarding a personnel matter and schedule deliberation date(s).
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
At the request of Chair Kuechle and with the Commission’s agreement during their November 3, 2021 regular meeting, this matter is brought to the Commission for discussion. The request is to have a discussion regarding establishing a procedure to review the administrative record in connection with the Remand from the Los Angeles County Superior Court regarding a personnel matter.
Additionally, the Commission will need to schedule deliberation date(s) for this matter.
