(CT&T) as the lowest responsive and responsible bidder for the construction of 2012 CDBG Sidewalk Replacement Project PZ963 CDBG Project No. 601474 12. BACKGROUND: On January 23 2012 the City Council approved the use of Fiscal Year 2012/2013 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds as recommended by the City s CDBG Advisory Committee for sidewalk repairs in CDBG eligible areas. This project includes sidewalk replacement at multiple locations on Sherbourne Drive McManus Avenue and within Syd Kronenthal Park. Sidewalk repair locations are determined by a coordinated effort between the Maintenance Operations and Engineering Divisions of the Public Works Department.
