BACKGROUND: This item was originally scheduled for the February 14 2005 City Council meeting but was taken off the agenda due to the landslides that occurred in the Culver Crest area. It was decided that due to the sensitivity of this issue and the landslides it would be best to postpone the first reading of the view preservation ordinance.
