Fulwood (08/06/08) Attachments: X RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends the City Council approve amendments extending the existing professional services agreements with Max Paetzold and Barry Kurtz T.E. with an aggregate not to exceed fee of $97 200 to provide part time support to the traffic engineering section of the Engineering Division for regional and local development projects. BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION: On August 27 2007 the City Council approved extending contracts with Max Paetzold and Barry Kurtz in an aggregate not to exceed amount of $75 000 to provide traffic engineering support to development and regional transportation projects. The $75 000 has been entirely expended.
