RECOMMENDATIONS:
Staff recommends that the City Council dissolve the Charter Review Committee.
BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION:
The City Council appointed ten (10) members to the Charter Review Committee
(“Committee”) in September 2004. The Committee completed the task of reviewing
the Charter and presented its recommendations to the Council on September 15 and
22, 2005. The City Council is requested to dissolve the Committee.
MOTION:
That the City Council:
Dissolve the ten-member Charter Review Committee.
