BACKGROUND: The Culver City Paratransit Program has been in operation since 1974 and has had a coordinated Paratransit service MOU with the County of Los Angeles Department of Public Works since 1995. DISCUSSION: The Culver City Paratransit Program has multiple funding sources. Two of the agencies that fund the program are: (1) the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (METRO) and (2) the County of Los Angeles Department of Public Works.
